I decided to start a new system wherein I set goals in the form of ‘3 New Rules’ each month. This is just the start of this system and will evolve over time. New habits are hard to build, but with incremental steps and increased consciousness, new positive habits can become cemented in daily life and lead to improvements.
April 2019 - 3 New Rules:
Only purchase one coffee a day (at most).
Check social media (all parameters) once a week.
Read a physical (part of a) book everyday.
